Etiquette is about knowing some kind of rules governing behavior regarded as acceptable in social or official life. MLC organized two workshops on Dining Etiquette on September 4-5, 2017. Associate Prof. Tony Chan, Associate Master of MLC, is the speaker of these workshops. More than a hundred and seventy students learned appropriate etiquette for ladies and gentlemen at Western table, as well as table setting, silence service codes, and manners expected in table etiquette. The workshop equipped students with a general understanding of Western etiquette to enable them to socialize appropriately with other guests on formal occasions, and, more specifically, for Collegiate High Table Dinner.
