Karl Martin Andersson, a Swedish exchange student from MLC, organized a unique ‘Swedish Bakery Workshop’ on March 28, 2018. The event attracted nearly 30 college students to participate. Karl Martin taught the Swedish traditional bread making method from the selection of materials, ingredients, rolling flour, fermentation to baking. The fragrance slowly overflowed throughout the college. The students were thrilled to see their labor becoming delicious bread step by step.
