On September 22, 2016, about 60 students of MLC attended a talk given by Resident Fellow Dr. Larry Liang, ‘the benefits of exercise to your health’. Dr. Liang has accumulated rich medical research experience in the field of diabetes, obesity, exercise and depression during his study and work in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Australia. During the 1.5 hours workshop and discussion, he introduced the multiple benefits of exercise to health. He gave some practical and useful tips on how to lose weight, build muscle, reduce the study and social stress and prevent depression in the college. He also encouraged all the students form the habit of regular exercise and actively participate in various sports and exercise in the college and university.
